Our standard XRF gold testing machine (CT 620-FSDD) offers ±0.20% accuracy for gold content above 90%, with test results in just 5 to 60 seconds. Our advanced model with Amptek Si-PIN detector delivers even higher accuracy of ±0.15% for gold above 96% purity, covering 72 elements from sodium (Na) to uranium (U). Both models are suitable for refiners, jewellers, and pawnbrokers.
Our laser machines work on gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper, and their alloys — the complete range of metals used in jewellery manufacturing and repair. The marking machine supports character heights as small as 0.2mm, while the welding machine offers adjustable spot diameter from 0.2mm to 2.0mm for fine control on delicate pieces.
No — that is one of the key advantages of laser welding over traditional torch welding. The ND:YAG pulsed laser concentrates heat only on the target spot, with adjustable pulse width (0.1–20ms) that limits heat spread. This makes it safe to weld close to diamonds, gemstones, and enamel work without risk of thermal damage.
During the electropolishing process, the metal removed from the jewellery surface dissolves into the liquid electrolyte solution. This solution can be sent for refining, and approximately 95% to 98% of the dissolved metal is recoverable — which significantly reduces material loss and lowers the overall finishing cost per piece.
Yes. The DJ89PLUS 3D printer supports both direct castable and non-castable resins in an open system — meaning you are not locked into one brand of resin. With 29µm XY accuracy and 8K resolution, it produces fine-detail wax-substitute models ready for investment casting. It also supports dental resins for surgical guides and temporary restorations.
